They can track a parcel, correct an address, cancel before dispatch and process a refund. Look for the support link inside the confirmation email they sent you.

What this site cannot do

Access your order. No order data reaches this site. Not the number, not the address, not the payment.
Issue a refund. Only the checkout can refund, because only the checkout holds the payment record.
Give medical advice. Nobody here is your clinician. Whether this product suits your medication and your history is a question for a pharmacist or doctor.
Change the price or the packages. Those are set at the checkout.
