The tracking email

It arrives when the warehouse hands the parcel over, which is not the same moment the carrier scans it. A tracking number that shows nothing for a day is normal. Three working days of an empty tracking page is the point at which it is worth writing in.

Look in the junk folder before concluding it was never sent. Order confirmations and dispatch notices are among the most commonly misfiled messages there are.

If it has not arrived

1. Count working days from the dispatch email, not from the order.
2. Open the tracking link and look at the last scan and where it was.
3. Have a look behind the porch, down the side of the house, in the bin store and with whoever lives next door. Carriers leave parcels in inventive places.
4. If the last scan is more than three working days old, contact the checkout support address with your order number and tracking number.

Damaged or wrong on arrival

Photograph it before anything else — the outer box, the seal and the bottles. Attach those photographs to a message to support along with your order reference. A broken seal or a wrong item is easy to resolve with pictures attached and awkward without.

Wrong address

Noticed a typo in the delivery address? Write straight away. While the parcel is still at the warehouse it is normally a quick correction. After dispatch it becomes a carrier problem and carrier redirections are unreliable.

What arrives

A plain outer carton with no product branding, holding sealed bottles with a tamper band and a foil seal under the cap. A batch code and a use-by date are printed on every bottle. If a bottle arrives with a broken band or no foil seal, do not take it — photograph it and write in.
